To ensure a full refund, cancelations must be made no later than one month prior to the start of the Symposium (Fri 19 Aug). Any cancellations after this date may not be eligible for a refund in full. However, we will endevour to assist on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be calculated using the exchange rates as per the date of the cancelation.
